She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Dean Moore Sr. and Celia Crispin Sanderson Moore; her former husband Edward W. Erickson; her husband John L. Hays; her daughter Betty E. Crowley; her granddaughter Dana Applegate; and her siblings, O. D. Moore Jr., William F. Moore, Orville Moore, Evelyn D. Nichols and Doris Dryer.
She is survived by: her daughter Wanda M. Erickson of Columbia, MO; her granddaughters, Stacy Bagby and Candice Jackson; her great grandchildren, Jonathan, Kyrie Adams, Justin, Jeremy, Jenna Wilson, Blair Singleton and Michael Applegate; and her sisters, Donna Moore of Marshall and Celia McCleskey of Independence, MO. She is also survived by 10 great-great-grandchildren.
