She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ismay and Blanche Ismay (Corley); and her sister Sheila Manuel. She is survived by: her son Steve Robertson (Angela); her grandsons, Jebediah Robertson (Madison) and Isaiah Robertson; her sister JoAnne Johnson; and her nephews, Danny Ismay (Linda), Dean Cornelison (Monet) and Dana Cornelison.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hawthorn Memorial Gardens (4205 Horner Rd, Jefferson City, MO 65109).
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Virginia's honor to the Saline Animal League, reflecting her lifelong love for animals.
