She was predeceased by: her parents, Murril Eaton and Vera Eaton (Brandel); her son Kevin Shaffer; her husband Ronald McKinney; her brother Dean Eaton; and her grandchildren, Bradley Rector and Breanna Rector.
She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Rector and Stacy Mecey (John); her stepsons, Todd McKinney (Christa) and Randy McKinney; her brothers, Gary Eaton (Sheryl) of Merriville, IN and Steve Eaton (Annette); and her sister-in-law Sue Eaton of North Judson, IN.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
