He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Burks and Jeanette Burks; and his sister Kathy Kensinger. He is survived by: his children, Shaun Burks (Jenessa), Adam Burks (Sarah) and Sarah Miller (Charles); and his sister Deanna Rozell of Marshfield. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
