She is survived by: her husband William John Kosina; her children, Joseph Kosina (Lisa) of St. John, Anthony Kosina of Whiting and Angela Hajduch (Robert) of Savage, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Lauren Kosina, Jacqueline Kosina, John Kosina, Rhianna Hajduch and William Hajduch; and her brothers, Anthony Capoccio (Sandy) of Columbus and Joseph Capoccio of Westerville. She is also survived by nieces and a nephew.
