She was predeceased by: her parents, Ossip Haggard and Nora Haggard; her siblings, Odean Lewis and Gene Haggard; and her great grandchild Nora Schindler.

She is survived by: her husband Franklin Dee Lewis; and her children, Bill Lewis (Sue), Randy Lewis (Jo), Christy Jones (Kevin) and Rusty Lewis (Andrea). She is also survived by six grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
