He is survived by: his wife Dana Mikkelsen of Marshfield; his daughter Christie Mikkelsen of Marshfield; and his siblings, Stephen (Ember Mikkelsen), Mark (Melody Mikkelsen) and Ina Gray of Springfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
