He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawerance Vernon and Ella May Ballard (Swadley). He is survived by: his wife Janice Ballard (Schultz); his children, Scott (Nita Ballard), Tim (Lori Ballard) and Cindy (Brian Templeton); and his grandchildren, Ryan Ballard, Justin Ballard, Brooke Creson, Rory Ballard, Brittney Null, Tyler Templeton, Brennan Templeton, Shaylee Johnson, Cassandra Ballard-Killian, Henry Ballard and Steven Ballard. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the I. W. Rader Lutheran Cemetery (3222 State Hwy CC, Marshfield, MO 65706).
