He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Theodore and Stella Trapp (Cantrell); his brother Ted Trapp; and his former wife Annette Trapp of Gulfport Mississippi. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Trapp; and his children, Rebecca Phillips (Greg), Deborah Merchant (Frank), Steven Ray Trapp of Seymour, Jeannie Edge (Jeff), Garry San Antonio (Cathy), Amanda Hutson of Seymour, Stacy Ahmad of Seymour and Summer Wright of Seymour. He is also survived by many grandchildren; many great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; several other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc. (1131 State Hwy A, Marshfield, MO 65706). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Smith Cemetery.
