She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Elmer and Vera Lucille Baldwin (Starr); and her siblings, Nancy, Carol Ann Baldwin and Joseph Baldwin.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Wingo Jr. and Mernia Wingo.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Day Funeral Home (1075 State Hwy CC, Marshfield, MO 65706).
