She is survived by: her husband Ralph; her children, Mike Taylor (Kasey) and Vickie Fortner (Rick); her grandchildren, Josh Fortner (Christen), Caleb Fortner (Sandy), Bethany Zamba (Alex) and Jessica Burney (Kyle); her brother Jerry Smith (Linda); and her children, Marcia and Ralph. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
