He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald William and Ada Lois Fraker (Rost); his grandparents, Fred, Irene Fraker, R. K. and Josie Rost; and his mother-in-law Rose Ann Edwards.
He is survived by: his wife Julie McMillen; his daughters, Annie Smith of Fordland and Callie Mitchell (Jeff) of Nixa; his grandchildren, Grant Smith (Grace) of Peculiar, MO, Sara Smith of Fordland, Dylan Mabe of Nixa and Avid Mitchell of Nixa; his brothers, Lyndall Fraker (Melanie) of Marshfield and Barth Fraker of Springfield; his aunt Phoebe Cleir of Marshfield; his uncle Donald Rost (Leona) of Marshfield; Andy McMillen (Charlotte) of Castle Rock, CO, Jeff McMillen of Loch Loyd, MO, Larry McMillen of Springfield, Jim McMillen (Rochelle) of Arlington, TX and Cindy Lord (Jim) of Roseville, CA. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
