He was predeceased by: his wife Tammy Blackburn; his son Jordan Blackburn; and his parents, Dale Blackburn and Rosalyn Blackburn. He is survived by: his siblings, Rick Blackburn (Margaret), Randy Blackburn (Orvella), Vicky Gibson (Dave) and Roxanne Allen (Richard); his stepdaughters, Tonya Johnson (Matt) and Stephanie Hall (Codi); his grandchildren, Keaton Johnson, Parker Johnson and Hailey Johnson; and his great grandchild Colter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
