Ruth Ellen Spann Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 25, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Ruth Ellen Spann of Marshfield, Missouri. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Hodgin and Alvin Williams; her husband Richard Spann; her granddaughter Nicole Spann (Nikki); and her pet Molly.
She is survived by: her children, Terri Malen, Randy Spann, Cherri Harmeling (Bruce), Rick Spann and Michelle Springmeyer (Bob); her grandchildren, Amy, Jessica, Angie, Andy, Jason, Josh, Amanda, Megan, Lindsay and Emily; and her brothers, Bill Williams (Peggy) and Tony Knapstein (Jean). She is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Day Funeral Home (1075 State Hwy CC, Marshfield, MO 65706).
