He is survived by: his siblings, Pam Williams of Springfield, Terri Campbell and Robert Forshaw of San Diego, California. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews; great nieces and nephews.
Tom gave the gift of organ donation after his passing, donating his eyes, bone, tissue and new heart valves to help others.
