She is survived by: her children, Richard Cook (Beth) of Marshfield, MO, Debbie Slocum (Randy) of Marshfield, MO and Jon Cook of Marshfield, MO; her sister Elsie Burnett (Waynne) of Marshfield, MO; and her grandchildren, Amanda Barbour (Josiah) of London, England and TJ Slocum of Marshfield, MO.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Ronald McDonald House of the Ozarks.
