He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Phillips (Robin) of Marston, MO and Kim Reno of Marston, MO; his daughter Brandy Creasy (Thomas) of Portageville, MO; and his grandchildren, Annabeth and Jaiden. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
