He is survived by: his children, Thomas Effinger (Kathleen), Doug Effinger, John Effinger (Liane) and Amy Effinger; his grandchildren, Matt (Mary Cate), Katie (Scott), Lauryn (Clayton), Jason, Anna, Jennifer and Kristine (John); and his great grandchildren, Noah, Anah, Owen, Hailey, Henry, Ian and Lucy.
