He was predeceased by : his parents, Cecil Whitehead and Mellie Whitehead (Psalmonds); his spouse Lavern Whitehead (Davis); and his son Keith Whitehead. He is survived by : his son Kerry Whitehead; his siblings, James Whitehead (Pam), Zoetta Hill, Margaret Tidwell (Dale), Frances Hefner and Barbara Johnson (Jerry); and his grandchildren, Jamie Whitehead (Chris) and Christopher Whitehead. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; along with numerous cousins, extended family, and friends.
