He was predeceased by: his spouse Camille Edna Haverstick; his parents, William Haverstick and Ella Haverstick; and his daughter-in-law Marilyn Perry. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Haverstick (Diana), James Haverstick (Suzanne Boyle), John W. Perry (Mary), Michael Haverstick (Susan) and Lauren T. Garrick (Chris); his siblings, Kenneth Haverstick, Lillian Wallace and Mary Karr (Reed); his grandchildren, Michael Perry (Carla), Jennifer Leeder (Dan), Timothy Haverstick (Estela), Kristen Haverstick, Ryan Haverstick, Katelyn McCann (Bret), Nicholas Haverstick, Brittney Sullivan (Chris Sr.), Camille Garrick and Edison Garrick; and his great grandchildren, Christopher Sullivan, Jr., Evan Sullivan, Tyler Perry, Angelina Perry, Cal Rienert, Kianna Rienert, Camden Rienert and Isabela Haverstick.

Memorials may be made in William 's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
