He is survived by: his children, Debra, James Shipley, Linda Linebaugh (David) of Hopkins, MO and Jeffrey Shipley (Marcia) of Ankeny, IA; and his siblings, Don Shipley, Georgia Sheridan and Terry Glasgo. He is also survived by 8 siblings, 8 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wabash Memorial Chapel (208 W Clarinda Ave, Shenandoah, IA 51601). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
