She was predeceased by: her parents, Katherine Anthony (Theisen) and Gustof Adolf Anthony (Harold "Andy" Anderson); her siblings, Merlin Anthony (Toni), Leonard Anthony (Doris), Arnold Anthony (Joy), Verna Andersen (Lester) and Anita Meriweather; and her children-in-law, Larry McKinney, Dawn Simpson and Suzie Zook.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Zook (Debbie), Rhonda McKinney, Ronald Zook and Mark Simpson (Geri). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
