He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hook and Tilda Hook (Geerdes); his siblings, Sherman Hook and Marjorie Koopman (LeRoy); his siblings-in-law, Valda Dougan (Arlo), Marvin Rops (Verla), Betty Harken (Don), JoAnn Beving (Gene), Mary Ascher (Junior) and LaDonna Rops; his niece Tresa Rops; and his nephew Allen Sword.
He is survived by: his daughter Amy Hook (Ken Callahan); his grandchildren, Madison Callahan (Grant Hopkins), Tristan Callahan and Courtlyn Hopkins; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Hook, Dennis Rops (Rhonda) and Jeanette Rops. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In memory of Floyd, his family suggests memorial contributions to the First Presbyterian Church of Maryville.
