She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Orth and Pauline Orth. She is survived by: her husband James; her daughters, Jamie Scroggie (Sam) of Maryville and Julie Reilly (Mike) of Ankeny, Iowa; and her grandchildren, Josie, Rorie and Beckett.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cummings Family Funeral Home (1406 Madison St, Bedford, IA 50833). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 16th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, January 16th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (000000 Orchard St, Bedford, IA 50833).
Memorials may be directed towards the family to be established in Jackie's memory.
