He was predeceased by : his parents, Eathen A. Morast, Jr. and Martha Morast (Simmons); and his nephews, J. R. Morast and Mike Cheek. He is survived by : his daughters, Carol Morast and Karen Harrison (Michael); his siblings, Plesie Hurst, Jack Morast and Hank Morast; and his grandsons, Andrew and Will Harrison.

The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to The Alzheimer's Association or Mosaic Hospice.
