He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Eddy. He is survived by: his children, Philena Paher (David), Jennifer Munoz, Caitlin Silvas (Kevin Meads) and Dylan Johnson (Cassandra); his grandchildren, Tylan Perry (Kelsey), Neleah Paher, Rylee Murry, Mia Carter, Audrey Silvas, Alana Carter, Felicity Paher, Yesenia Delapaz, Alexa Johnson and Damien Delapaz; his great grandchild Zion Perry; and his father-in-law Paul Eddy.
