With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dottie Fox of Mayview, Missouri, who passed away on July 20, 2025 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dottie Fox to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herschel Franklin and Dorothy Mendenhall (Meade); her husband Chester Fox; and her sisters, Linda Schmutz and Nila Wood.
She is survived by: her children, Chad Fox (Beth) of Mayview and Pam Smith (Shane) of Mayview; her grandchildren, Seth Smith (Amanda), Emma Smith, Adrian Smith, Abby Smith, Drew Smith, Celeste Shippy (Drew), Will Fox and Clay Fox; and her great grandchildren, Liam Shippy, Baker Shippy and Graham Smith.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stewart-Hoefer Funeral Home, Inc. (1600 N Main St, Higginsville, MO 64037). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
