He is survived by: his mother Lavon Bartz Mathes; his children, Bayleah Shelton (Dustin) of Edina, MO, Travis Dayne Mathes of Lewistown, MO, Calyn Mathes of Maywood, MO and Axton Mathes of Maywood, MO; his grandchildren, Wrenleigh, Mayzleigh and Rylan; his brothers, Travis "Bubba" Mathes (Amanda) of Lewistown, MO and Zackary Mathes of Maywood, MO; and his cousin Tasha Rothweiler. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
