He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry R. Bowness and Lelia Isabelle Bowness (Boone); and his siblings, Robert Bowness and Janice Walker. He is survived by: his children, Rona Hogan (Bill) of Texas and Jamie O'Neal (Alex) of Quincy; and his grandchildren, Kara Ritchie (Chris), Kylee Ford (Patrick), Kasey Hankins (Elijah), Emma Cookson (Zach), Ellie Bias (Wendell, Jr.), Shyleigh Morazzano (Michael), Easton Hoyt (Kiersten) and Xavier O'Neal. He is also survived by 10 Great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews.
