He was predeceased by: his grandparents, R. E., Clara Neill and Mary Siemer. He is survived by: his parents, Scott Neill and Tammy Neill (Siemer) of Meadville; his children, Raymon Edward Neill of Laclede, Haylee June Neill of Lock Springs and Paityn Grace Phillips of Laclede; his sister Lillian Snethen (Matt); his nieces and nephews, Louella and Maxson Snethen; and his grandfather Max Siemer of Princeton. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Salem Cemetery (17486 Illinois Ave, Princeton, MO 64673).
