She was predeceased by: her parents, Buford Bissell and Bessie Bissell. She is survived by: her husband John Wheeler; her brother Boyd Bissell (Jeanie); and her stepsisters, Dorothy Hunolt (Bob), Verna Mae Weilbrenner (LaVern) and Karen Muench (Orrie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
