He is survived by: his siblings, Karen Miller (David Brown), Bruce Childress (Teresa), Gary Childress (Barbee), Chris Childress and Kathy Prater (Ron); his sister-in-law Becky Childress (Randy Henness); his stepdaughters, Sarah McQuerry, Stephanie Starke and Stacy Barker; and his nieces and nephews, Sarah McSparren, Courtney Bonnell, Lacey Hahn, Breanna Childress, Bryleigh Childress, Jared Prater, Lucas Prater and Bryer Childress.
