She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy Csizmadia and Beth Beverly Csizmadia (Smith); her husband Oliver Howard; and her sisters, Katherine Lou Dube and Beverly Jean Mills.
She is survived by: her children, Russ Formica (Nance) of Luttrell, Jeff Lynn Formica (Stephanie) of Colorado and Marisa Beth Caldwell (Phil) of Pickerington, Ohio; and her sister Andrea Morroney of Memphis, Missouri. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Memphis Funeral Home (378 S Market St, Memphis, MO 63555). A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
