He is survived by: his grandchildren, Victoria Vaughan, Jordan Vaughan, Lily Billups, Alexis Vaughan, Rose Billups, Christian Vaughan and Zane Billups; and his sisters-in-law, Lois Eldridge and Nelda Billups.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Payne Funeral Chapel (202 E Madison St, Memphis, MO 63555). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
