He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Vernon and Lena Marie Ayer Nichols. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Nichols, Rodney Nichols Jr. and Wade Huston; his grandchildren, Colin Nichols, Oliver Nichols, Logan Nichols, Carson Nichols and Hayden Huston; his siblings, Gilbert Nichols (Joyce) of St. Charles, Missouri and Ilene Howell (Larry) of Wyaconda, Missouri; and his close friend Maureen Goodwin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Vigen Memorial Home to assist with final expenses.
