It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sallie Ruth Halley of Memphis, Missouri, born in Columbia, Missouri, who passed away on March 15, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Eugene and Ora Katie Snell (Dodson); her husband Elmer Forrest Halley; her siblings, James, Homer E. Jr., Robert Snell, Edith Bartmess, Katie Moore, Mary Koeber and Norma Robb; and her siblings-in-law, Robert and Velma Halley.
She is survived by: her children, Randall Earl, Lori Diane (Joe), Robyn Keith Halley of Nixa, Missouri, Linda Rooks (Ron), North and Dr. Randy Halley (Janet); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Hocker (Kyle Walker), Matthew Hocker, Sara McGuire (Chuck), Leah Ghobrial (Mike), Michael Fulk, Jordan Fulk (Deanna), Kathleen Luksza (Jeff), Elsie Halley and Leyna Halley; her stepgrandchildren, Jeremy Price (Stacy) and Juliene Miles (Andy); her great grandchildren, Liam Ghobrial, Wyatt Fulk, Ranger Luksza and Summer Luksza; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Hudson, Colin Price, Noah, Lucy Miles, Emma, Zander Johnson and Haley Luksza; and her sister-in-law Barbara Henderson (Ray).
