He was predeceased by: his parents, James Perry and Vera Nancy Bagwell (Patterson); and his siblings, Estelle, Sara, Roy, Carol, Clara and Ann.
He is survived by: his children, Crystal Bagwell of Pickens, SC and Jimmy Bagwell (Brittany) of Memphis; and his grandchildren, Melanie and Joseph Bagwell of Memphis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church in Memphis TBD Jones Avenue Baptist Church (910 Weaver Ave, Memphis, MO 63555).
