We bid farewell to Duane F. Kahler of Mendon, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 24, 2024 at the age of 93. Duane touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by : his parents, Theodore Julius and Helen Irene Kahler (Fletcher); and his son-in-law Jeff McMahon. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Shoop; his children, Lisa Hayes (Rick) of Brunswick, MO, Lori Berger (Scott) of Sedalia, MO, Randy Kahler of Sedalia, MO and Leslie McMahon of Lenexa, KS; his grandchildren, Danielle Hamilton (Michael), Caleb Hayes, Patrick Berger, Colin Berger, Teagan Berger, Paige Kahler, Gage Kahler, Mikahl McMahon and Caran McMahon; his great grandchildren, Addison Hamilton, Emerson Hamilton and Cooper Hayes; and his pet Frazier.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Newcomer Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Newcomer Cemetery.
