He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Joe and Oda Sue Allen (Riddle); and his granddaughter Shanna Sutton. He is survived by : his wife Janice Allen; his stepdaughter Crystal Sutton; his grandchildren, Lee Thomas Allen (Erin) of Union and Stephanie Hudson (Cris) of Centralia; and his great grandchildren, Connor Allen and Adrian Hudson.

Memorial donations may be made to the Mexico Go-Getters Relay for Life, an organization Arthur worked many years supporting.
