Betty Nowlin Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Nowlin of Mexico, Missouri, who passed away on May 23, 2026 at the age of 68. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Nowlin to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her mother Louise Matthews (Osharne); her son Danny Woolridge; and her sister Penny Dunn. She is survived by: her father Henry Matthews; her husband Fritz Nowlin; her children, Travis Woolridge of Broken Arrow, David Nowlin of Mexico and Wendy Newsome (Scott) of Alabama; her grandchildren, Zack Nowlin, Jenna Nowlin, Christopher Young and Christine Shirley; and her siblings, Bill Matthews of Iowa and Peggy Wright (Jimmy) of Osage Beach. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
