He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Lee Chamberlain Sr. and Eva Dudley; and his sister Suzette Chamberlain. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Georgette Chamberlain; his children, Scott Chamberlain, Kayla Myers, Dalton Johannaber and Joey Chamberlain; and his brother Jeff Chamberlain. He is also survived by two sisters-in-law and various nieces and nephews.
