In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Dorris had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Dorris may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Porter, Sr. and Lillian Gertrude Sanderson (Reese); her husband Randall Breneman; her daughter Nikki Hodges; and her siblings, Jess Sanderson, Jr., Dale Sanderson and Thresa Bernice Harris.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Breneman (Jeannie) of Mexico, MO and Joe Breneman.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Little Dixie Shrine Club in memory of Dorris.
