He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Gertrude Gardner Moore and Earl Harvey, Sr.; his siblings, Mary Ann Moore and David Gardner; his niece Eugenie Owens; and his grandparents, Minnie Gardner and Clarence Bouland.
He is survived by : his siblings, Jeanetta Kemp (Ronnie) of Columbia, Ritchie Moore of Lawrence and Elwood Moore of Warrenton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
