He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy A. Willingham and Martha O. Willingham (Towne); and his siblings, Donnie Willingham, Richard Willingham and Mignon Metzger.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Kay Willingham; his daughters, Tammy Buchanan (Dan) of Chippewa Falls, WI and Kim Menefee (Mark) of Mexico; his grandchildren, Zachary Buchanan, Colin Buchanan, Asher Menefee and Raegen Menefee; and his sisters, Dorothy Kehl of Birmingham, AL and Lenice Dunlap of Paris. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
