He was predeceased by: his mother Beverly Joyce Moss Talley (Moss); his nephew Zachary William Talley; his grandparents, Jennings Bryan, Ruth Kammameyer Talley, James Kenneth and Charlotte Deckerd Moss; and his great-grandparents, Ernest and Marie Deckerd.
He is survived by: his father William Henry Talley of Mexico; his siblings, Teresa J Talley Stull (Robin) of Jefferson City, Bradford W. Talley and Rodney A. Talley (Gina) of Mexico; his nieces and nephews, Clint Stull (Danica), Jordan Stull, Lexie Fox (Alec), Meagan Talley and Tyler Talley; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jasper, Cosette, Harper, Sawyer and Raiden. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles and friends.
