He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carl Kenley Allen and Kathleen Susil Spicer; and his daughter Parker Ann Allen. He is survived by: his parents, Gary Allen and Lorraine Allen of Mexico; his children, Clint Allen of Mexico, Kenley Allen of Mexico, Charlee Allen of Mexico and Paislee Allen of Mexico; his grandchild Aspen Rose Allen; his brothers, Matthew Stembridge (Melissa) of Downs and Christopher Stembridge (Kendy) of Bexley, Ohio; and his grandmother Norma Allen DeTar of Coffeyville, Kansas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many great friends.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
