She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Yostmayer and Laura Yostmayer (Gerwin); her husband Joe Bob Kerr; her sister Patsy; her siblings-in-law, Ned and Elaine Azdell (Kerr); and her son-in-law Wilbert Wayne Power.
She is survived by: her children, James Kerr (Vanessa), Jay Kerr (Kim) and Janet Power; her grandchildren, Rachael, Olivia, Grace, Vivian, Stephen Kerr, Ryan and Luke Power; and her sister Charlotte Azdell.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bethel Presbyterian Church (2624 Audrain Rd 335, Mexico, MO 65265). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Bethel Cemetery.
