He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Lierheimer and Clementine Lierheimer (Doerge); his sister Priscilla Phillips; and his great grandchild Dawson Gray. He is survived by: his wife Delores Day; his children, Jill McAllister (Jim), Georgia, Natalie Nielsen (Eric), John Lierheimer II, Rush Hill, Grant Lierheimer and Drew Lierheimer; his grandchildren, Lindsey McKelvey (Matt), Georgia, Katie Gray (Logan), Vince McAllister (Jordan), Blaine Nielsen, Kellin Nielsen, Jane Orton (Jameson), Jace Nielsen of Lee's Summit and Miranda Lierheimer; and his siblings, Richard Lierheimer and Peggy Lierheimer. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, many cousins, nieces and nephews.
