She is survived by : her husband Charles Duckworth of Mexico, Missouri; her children, DeeDee Piper (Andy) of McKinney, Donna Thornton (Tim) of Oklahoma City and Chuck Duckworth (Karen) of Overland Park, Kansas; her grandchildren, Travis Piper, Lindsey Piper Gilday, Elizabeth Piper Lindblad, Meredith Thornton DeGarmo, Mackenzie Thornton McClain, Trey Duckworth and Houston Duckworth; her great grandchildren, Hudson, Asher and Finley Gilday; and her grandchildren, Aubrey, Dawson Piper, Sawyer Lindblad, Eloise, Charlotte, Isaac DeGarmo and Briggs McClain.
