She is survived by: her sons, Tommy Burts, Jr. (Heather) and David Burts (Keila) of Mexico; and her sisters, Ronda Moutray of Jacksonville, Carla Powell of Madison, Paula Halbert (Tim) of Sullivan, Verna Smith of Moberly and Ruth Anne Wright of Clark. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
